Bowel Cancer Screening

In 2023-24, 67.6% of the invited population (4,710,330 out of 6,969,227) adequately participated in FOBt bowel cancer screening. I wonder why people don’t participate, given that it’s simple process without cost that could potentially save your life.

Today, David and I went to discuss the results of his, blood having been detected in the sample he sent a couple of weeks ago. He will be having a colonoscopy on Monday.
